Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a mix of both Chinese and Ayurvedic healing systems. The hands, feet and elbows are used to massage energy channels and acupoints along the body, along which prana (the “lifeforce”) is thought to travel – equivalent to the meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Treatment involves stretching, bending and pulling, intended to restore or improve the flow of prana. In the process a trance-like state is induced which is believed to be beneficial for healing.
